Biography
Sheila was born in La Mesa, CA. Sheila moved to Hollywood when she was just three years old living above the famous Hullabaloo with her mother Linda and her best friend Brenda. They were Go-Go dancers on the show, and Brenda's Mom Riley was a music manager. Sheila found herself intrigued by the music and being an Entertainer. As they say, the seed was planted! She then started her life between the two cities while in San Diego she was either at the beach or riding horses and competing in horse shows and parades! She even won 1st place in The Columbus Day parade when she was only 12 years old along her best childhood friend Dalayna. The girls were asked back the following year to be the Grand Marshall’s of the Columbus Day parade.

Sheila started modeling as a child doing national campaigns, fashion shows,
print work, and TV commercials. Her childhood was spent between her mother’s two friends’ homes. Kitty Stuart, who lived in Bel Air & The Doheny Estate’s, and Brenda Seymore, who lived in the Valley and was married to a Rock musician. These two women were both in the entertainment business. Sheila was lucky enough to be privately coached by Helena Sorrell, the famous acting coach for many of our Hollywood Icons.

At the age of 20, she became a Playboy model and continued to work with the agency as a swimsuit model, but she didn’t want to be a centerfold, because it would limit her bookings. She began writing articles and covering various music and entertainment pieces. This included shooting the photos too! She has even written a booklet called, "How to get your children into show-biz!" Sheila has created projects and directed videos, and a few commercials.
